Selection tool to animate your rigs on 3ds Max !

PRESENTATION :


OPERATIONS :

The LH_Nocontroller have two systems to build the setup of the zones of control. 
The default system work with data containing all the relationnship expressions between the mouse movements and the control to be made.
The second system work with custom attributes on a point "Track_xxx". The mouse mouvements will be link to the animation tracks added and you will be to able to make the relationship as you want between these tracks and the control to be made.  

Nocontroller tutorial 1

1. Pick your mesh or your poly object to control.

Name your future zone of control.
2.1 Here you can choose the second system of setup. Checked "Tracks" will add animation tracks of control on the data.
These tracks will be accessible on the track data point like a custom attribute. 
2.2 same as 2.1 but will be add extra animation tracks when Shift button is pressed.
2.3 same as 2.1 but will be add extra animation tracks when Alft button is pressed.

3. Create your zone.
When you create a zone, the tool with create two points containing the future data of your zones of controls.

4. Here you can draw your area of zone of control with different tools.
4.1. select the faces of a zone.
4.2. define the color of the zone of control.
4.3. paint the area of the zone of control.
4.4. with "update" button you can create the area of the zone of control.
4.5. "View all": display the area of all the zones of controls.
"Hide all": undisplay the area of all the zones of controls.

5. Here you will be to able to create your relation between the zone of control and the target to control.
"Up:" Pick the controller of the target to control when the mouse moving in the up direction.
"Down:" Pick the controller of the target to control when the mouse moving in the down direction.
"Left:" Pick the controller of the target to control when the mouse moving in the left direction.
"Right:" Pick the controller of the target to control when the mouse moving in the right direction.
5.1 Here you can define the expression of control between the mouse moving and the controller picked.
5.2 same as 5.1 but when the button "Shift" is pressed.
5.3 same as 5.1 but when the button "Alt" is pressed.

6.0 in this section you will be able to create automaticaly the symmetry of a zone of control.
To do that, all the controllers picked will have to be named with a nomenclature specifying the side.
By example, if the controller on the left side is named "hand_L", the right controller must be named "hand_R".
Other example, if the controller on the left side is named "Character-L-Foot", the right controller must be named "Character-R-Foot".
